Your name, email, phone, and current employer stay encrypted. Employers see an anonymous handle, skill match score, experience as a range, and salary expectation as a band. PII is shown only when you accept a reveal request.

What is a reveal request?

A vetted employer requests permission to see your contact details for a specific role. You have 7 days to accept or decline. On accept, the employer pays a reveal fee and direct messaging opens. On decline, no fee charges.

Is the cybersecurity talent network free for candidates?

Yes. Candidates never pay a fee. Employers pay subscriptions, reveal fees, and a placement fee on hires. You control your profile and can pause or delete it anytime.

How are cybersecurity employers screened?

Every employer goes through vetting before subscription activation. We verify a corporate email domain, business registration, and a hiring manager contact. Sanctioned, scam, and lead-generation accounts get rejected.

Who owns my profile data?

You do. PII encrypts at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never sell candidate data. Profile deletion removes all rows within 72 hours and confirms by email. DSAR requests honored under GDPR and CCPA.

What if I do not want a specific employer to see me?

Use the blocklist in step 7 of the wizard. Add company names or domains. Those employers never see your profile in browse, search, or match results, even via reveal requests.
