Corrections

Every material correction we have published, with the date, what we got wrong, and what we changed.

If you spot an error on any DecipherU page, email editorial@decipheru.com with the URL and what you believe is wrong. On a practice question, use the flag on the question instead; flagged questions are read by a person. We publish a correction here when the error is material, that is, when it could change a reader's decision.

This covers exam facts too: a fee, a passing standard, a question count, a time limit or a date on an exam page. Each of those shows the date it was last checked, and the exam page shows the next scheduled re-check when a question in its bank has one. See the AI disclosure for how the practice questions are made.

If a wrong explanation cost you, the 30-day full refund on the analysis covers it. How to ask is in the help center.

We do not list typo-level copy edits here. This log is for factual errors: exam facts, salary figures, certification requirements, company details, role definitions, regulation references, and similar.
