How Defender actually gets used
A typical Defender member spends 30 minutes per day: 5 minutes on the daily quiz, 10 minutes reading a career or cert guide, 15 minutes with the AI Coach working through a study question. After 90 days they have taken 2-3 assessments, played 90 rounds of the games, and built a clear short-list of 2-3 target roles. About 40% upgrade to Operator at that point because they are ready for Range.
