Julian Calvo is the founder of DecipherU, a cybersecurity career intelligence platform that combines psychometric assessment with federal labor data, threat intelligence frameworks, and behavioral science. His research focuses on how assessment-driven career matching can improve workforce outcomes in cybersecurity, including the often-overlooked cybersecurity sales and go-to-market segment.
Julian designed the DecipherU Framework, a multi-dimensional career intelligence system used by cybersecurity professionals at all levels to identify optimal career paths.
