Refund policy

Bespoke Intermedia LLC. Effective September 1, 2026.

Nothing on DecipherU is sold today. Everything is free until September 2027, so there is nothing to refund for anyone who signs up now. If a paid plan is ever introduced, this page will change before it goes live and the terms explain how we would tell you.

If you bought something in the past

Some people bought a cert-prep product, a course, or a pre-enrollment for a course before the site became free. If that is you, you can have a full refund on request, no questions asked. For a pre-enrollment, you can ask any time before the course is delivered. For anything else, ask at any time and we will refund it. Email support@decipheru.com from the address you bought with; the money goes back to the original payment method within seven business days. Refunds are made in US dollars; your bank sets any exchange rate.
