CDL tank endorsement practice

A loader offers to fill your cargo tank to the very top so you can deliver more product. What does the CDL manual say?

• ALeave outage, because liquids expand as they warm.
• BFill it full, because a full tank has no surge.
• CFill it full, then drain a little at the first stop.
• DLeave outage only for flammable liquids.
