How do I reset my cybersecurity assessment progress?
Open your dashboard, find the assessment under "My assessments," and click "Reset progress." Resetting clears your responses but preserves your historical scores in the audit log so you can compare attempts.
I can't access a course I purchased.
First check your /dashboard for the course tile. If the course is missing, your purchase may have been routed to a different email than your DecipherU account. Reply to the order confirmation email, or use the contact form below with the email you used at checkout — we can merge accounts manually within one business day.
How does the 14-day refund policy work?
Subscriptions and one-time products refund within 14 days of first charge with no questions asked. Coaching engagements refund within 7 days of first session. Course bundles refund within 14 days of purchase regardless of completion. Submit a refund request at /refund-request — we process within 7 business days.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Yes. From your account dashboard, choose "Pause subscription" for 1, 2, or 3 months. Billing stops, your account is preserved, and your subscription resumes automatically at the original price when the pause ends.
How do I update my billing information?
Use the Stripe customer portal link in your account dashboard. The portal lets you change payment methods, view invoices, and manage subscriptions directly with Stripe.
I found an inaccuracy in a career guide or salary figure.
Use the "Report an inaccuracy" link in the page footer. Reports route to the editorial review queue and corrections ship within 14 days. Include the URL and the specific claim you're flagging.
Where do my Range credentials live?
Earned Range credentials appear in your /dashboard under "Credentials." Each credential has a public verification URL you can share. Credentials are Ed25519-signed and externally verifiable through /verify.
How do I become a DecipherU affiliate?
Apply at /affiliates. We approve affiliates manually based on relevance to the cybersecurity career audience. Approved affiliates earn 30% recurring on subscriptions, 50% on course one-time purchases, calculated on actual revenue collected.
