Request a refund on a cybersecurity course, bundle, coaching, or subscription

DecipherU is a cybersecurity career intelligence platform. We honor a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on subscriptions, courses, and bundles, and a 7-day refund on coaching engagements (within 7 days of your first session). Submit the form and we will reply within two business days.

Common refund questions

Will my refund actually be honored?

Yes. Inside the 14-day window for subscriptions, courses, and bundles, every request gets a refund. We process via Stripe within two business days of approval, no questions asked.

How long do refunds take to land?

Stripe issues the refund instantly on our side. Your card or bank typically posts the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the issuer. Watch for the line item from DecipherU on your statement.

Can I get a refund without an account?

Yes. Enter the email you used at checkout. We can match the order through Stripe even if you never created a DecipherU account or you forgot which email you used.

What if I am past the 14-day window?

File the request anyway and tell us what happened. Outside the window, refunds are case-by-case. Subscription pauses (1 to 3 months) are usually a better fit if you are temporarily stepping away.
