The full analysis for an exam comes with a 30-day full refund, no questions asked. Send the form from the email you bought with and we will reply within two business days.

Common refund questions
Will my refund actually be honored?
Yes. For the full analysis, ask within 30 days of the purchase and you get all of it back, no questions asked. There is no limit on how many times you can ask and no waiting period before you can buy again.
How long do refunds take to land?
We reply within two business days. The money goes back to the original payment method within seven business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show it.
Can I get a refund without an account?
Yes. Enter the email you bought with. We match the order through Stripe even if you never made a DecipherU account.
What if I bought something older, like a course or a pre-enrollment?
Ask at any time and we will refund it. Choose "Something older" in the form. Older products have no completion rules.
What if I am past 30 days on the full analysis?
Send the request anyway and tell us what happened. A person reads it. The 30-day promise is the part we guarantee.
