Subscriptions: 14 days, under 25% curriculum completion.
Single elite courses ($497-$697) and bundles: 7 days, under 10% completion.
Foundation courses ($297-$397): 30 days, gated on Module 1 completion.
Coaching: 7 days from your first session.
One refund per customer + 90-day re-purchase lockout. USD only.

Common refund questions

Will my refund actually be honored?

Yes, when it meets the policy: subscriptions inside 14 days under 25% curriculum completion, single elite courses and bundles inside 7 days under 10% completion, foundation courses inside 30 days gated on Module 1 completion, coaching inside 7 days of first session, one-time deliverables only when not yet sent. One refund per customer across DecipherU lifetime, plus a 90-day re-purchase lockout on the refunded course.

How long do refunds take to land?

Stripe issues the refund instantly on our side. Your card or bank typically posts the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the issuer. Watch for the line item from DecipherU on your statement.

Can I get a refund without an account?

Yes. Enter the email you used at checkout. We can match the order through Stripe even if you never created a DecipherU account or you forgot which email you used.

What if I am past the refund window?

File the request anyway and tell us what happened. Outside the window, refunds are case-by-case. Subscription pauses (1 to 3 months) are usually a better fit if you are temporarily stepping away.
