How an engagement actually runs

Intake. You email, we schedule a 20-minute fit call. You describe your current role, what you're trying to figure out, and what you've already tried. I assess whether coaching is right for you or whether the platform subscription would serve you better. Most engagements I decline up front because they're better served another way.
Discovery. Before the first paid session, you complete the deep assessment battery (15-30 minutes) and share your résumé, target role examples, and three jobs you've recently considered or applied to. I review the inputs and show up to the first session with specific questions.
Working sessions. Video calls, no slide decks. Real conversation about real decisions. Each session ends with a specific commitment from you and a specific commitment from me (research a target company, draft a positioning statement, identify three contacts to reach out to).
Asynchronous channel. For Transition and Frontier, an async channel between sessions lets you ask questions as they arise. Response within 24 hours during work hours.
Wrap-up. Written transition plan, skill-build sequence, target role shortlist, interview prep checklist as appropriate. The artifacts are yours; the outcome is yours; the credit is yours.
