ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)

ID

  • Two unexpired IDs: a primary with photo and signature (driver's license, passport, national ID card, military ID) and a secondary with a signature (debit or credit card, U.S. Social Security card).
  • Your registered name must match the ID exactly; if it does not, you will not test and fees are not refunded.
  • You will give a palm vein scan and have a photo taken; no hats, masks, scarves, or coats in the photo.

Check-in

  • Arrive at the test center at least 30 minutes before your start time.
  • Arriving within 15 minutes of your start time counts as late and you may forfeit your seat.
  • You must accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement before the exam starts; declining means no exam and no refund.

What is allowed

  • Only what the center hands you: note boards, swapped by raising your hand.
  • Stay in your seat and at your terminal unless staff says otherwise.

Breaks

  • Breaks are unscheduled and count against your exam time.
  • On a break you leave the testing room but not the building, and you do not access your belongings except when truly needed, such as medication.
  • A palm vein scan on the way out and back in for every break.
