NOC

Network Operations Center. A centralized team that monitors and manages an organization's network infrastructure for performance, availability, and faults. While a SOC focuses on security threats, a NOC handles bandwidth issues, hardware failures, and service outages. Many organizations colocate NOC and SOC teams.
