DISA STIG

Security Technical Implementation Guides are configuration standards published by the Defense Information Systems Agency for hardening IT systems used in DoD environments. STIGs provide specific, testable settings for operating systems, applications, databases, and network devices. Each STIG contains hundreds of individual checks, called Vulnerability IDs (V-IDs).
