Prática CDL tank endorsement

Your tank trailer has bonding cables, a remote emergency shut-off, and a built-in fire extinguisher. The loader says the terminal tests that equipment, so you can skip it. What does the CDL manual say about it during your inspection?

• AMake sure each item works, and never drive with valves or manhole covers open.
• BCheck only for leaks, because the loading terminal tests this equipment.
• CCheck this equipment only before you haul a hazardous material.
• DLeave one manhole cover unlatched so the tank can vent while you drive.
